Refund Policy

  1. If a student wants to leave a class or academy for any reason at any time during the month, he/she should inform us via email Student Portal or text us at Whatsapp a few days earlier than the date of leaving and the full classes that have not been given will be refunded to the student.
  2. Students can increase or decrease (upgrade or downgrade ) the sessions by emailing the us earlier before the next month starts otherwise the current study plan will be canceled without refund.
  3. The student can plan to take a holiday or to be on leave so If the student decides to discontinue/stop the classes (due to any reason) must inform us in advance and the fee will be refunded.
  4. Al Quresh Academy reserves the right to cease the classes if the student remains absent for more than 7 days without prior notice and no refund will be provided.
